- Social, mental and emotional health
Social, mental and emotional health
The great challenge for mainstream education is to enhance social inclusion and provision for children and young people whilst also improving their mental and emotional health.
Real Training's modules look at the psychological underpinnings – the perspectives that you will need to understand – which will enable you to grasp why children behave in the way that they do. Most importantly, they will show you what you can do to safeguard inclusion.
Many people are wary of children with behavioural difficulties because, emotionally, they are the hardest to manage and sustain. Our modules enable you to increase your knowledge base around this catchment and allow you to understand why children behave in the way that they do.- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs

- Autism
Autism
Last year, the House of Commons All-Party Group on Autism highlighted the training gap in school provision for children with autism.
It recommended that there should be 'a lead teacher for autism in every school' and that 'every child with autism should have an action plan that is regularly updated and sets appropriate objectives against which progress can be measured.' Real Training's modules provide a unique opportunity for schools and teachers to meet this challenge.- Autism Spectrum Conditions
